Education and professional affiliations

Donna earned her leadership coaching certification from Georgetown University, and holds the ICF distinction of Professionally Certified Coach (PCC). Her MBA, with a concentration in Organizational Behavior, is from Temple University. She is certified in several 360 tools, and personality and communication assessments.

Before coaching

She brings to her coaching nearly 20 years of high-performance, front-line leadership with General Electric and Johnson & Johnson. Donna joined J&J as a member of a start-up team to commercialize and launch its health and wellness business. In this entrepreneurial environment, she led the national consulting team to build the corporate market for these services. In subsequent years, she played key roles in marketing, technology licensing and strategic business development as the business expanded into the managed care space. During Donna’s term at General Electric, she held positions of increasing complexity and challenge, including labor negotiations, management development and succession planning, culminating in her responsibility for all regional human resource strategies and services at GE Health Care.

On a personal note

Donna enjoys travel, community building, the arts, and the outdoors. One of her favorite sayings is from Will Rogers: “Even if you’re on the right track, you’ll get run over if you just sit there.” She believes learning is a life-long pursuit.
